Medical Supply F.A.Q.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes we do. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Passport and many commercial insurance plans. We also will bill any secondary insurance that you may have.
How often do you make deliveries?
We deliver Monday through Friday. If something comes up and you miss the driver, our driver will leave a notice on your door that he attempted delivery. Please call us to reschedule the delivery.
If the delivery is for equipment, will we be shown how to use it?
Yes. Our delivery drivers are very knowledgeable about their equipment they deliver. Once the equipment is set up you will be instructed on the use of the equipment and how to properly maintain the equipment.
Can your delivery driver also move furniture?
No. Unfortunately our delivery drivers are not allowed to move anything in your home, unless it is being picked up for return. We ask that you have the space cleared prior to our drivers arrival to help expedite the process.
Can you also fill my regular prescription medications for me?
Yes. We have many patients that we deliver both their prescriptions and medical supplies. In fact our pharmacy is open 7 days a week and accepts all insurance plans. We would be glad to discuss your prescription needs with you. Please free to call the pharmacy at and ask for the pharmacist. We can contact your doctor for new prescriptions, or if you have prescriptions with refills remaining at another pharmacy, we can call that pharmacy and have the prescriptions transferred to us for delivery to you. There is no charge for this service.
