What is Hock's MultiPack?
Hock’s MultiPack is our compliance packaging that organizes your prescription medications into individual packets. Each packet is labeled with the medication, day, date, and time to be taken. Hock’s MultiPack allows a pharmacist to review your prescription history and make recommendations to monitor and improve your health. It is easier and more convenient to keep track of your medication with the Hock’s MultiPack system.

Hock’s MultiPack makes it easier to remember to take the correct medication at the right time. All pills are packed in one packet based on the time to be taken. Medications can be organized by date and time for each 30-day supply. Hock’s MultiPack eliminates the need for cumbersome daily reminder boxes. Hock’s MultiPack has easy-to-read labels and easy-to-open tear packet. One packet makes taking medications easier. Hock’s MultiPack is convenient for organizing children’s medications. Hock’s MultiPack is travel friendly. All medications for one administration time are contained in an easy-to-carry packet eliminating those cumbersome vials.
What medications can be filled with Hock's MultiPack?
Your routine maintenance prescription medications can be packaged in Hock’s MultiPack. We cannot package the following medications: soluble medications, “as needed” medications, and certain antibiotics. There is an OTC formulary of the most commonly used over-the-counter medications that can be packaged in Hock’s MultiPack.
I only take one medication. Can I still have it packaged in Hock's MultiPack?
At this time, we are only packaging Hock’s MultiPack if you have more than one eligible maintenance medication.
How do I receive my Hock's MultiPack prescriptions?
You can pick up your Hock’s MultiPack at your local pharmacy or have them mailed or delivered. There is no additional fee to have your Hock’s MultiPack delivered.
Can I have Hock's MultiPack mailed to me?
Yes. We can mail your Hock’s MultiPack.
How do I sign up for Hock's MultiPack?
Visit your local Hock’s Pharmacy to enroll for free.
What will I receive each month with Hock's MultiPack?
Upon initial enrollment, you will receive a dispenser box that will hold your roll of Hock’s MultiPack. When you run out of the packets, simply start the new roll in your dispenser box. If you take a large number of prescriptions, it is possible to get multiple boxes for the month.
What happens if I get a new medication in the middle of the month?
Your new prescription will be filled with only enough medication to get to your next refill date. Then the new medication will be packaged with the rest of your medications in Hock’s MultiPack each month going forward.
All my medications are filled on different days. Can I use Hock's MultiPack?
Yes. We will work with your insurance provider and physician to get all your prescriptions on the same schedule. We will contact you to coordinate the first date for your Hock’s MultiPack. Your medications will be synchronized during your first month of enrollment. Following the initial period, your prescriptions will be filled in Hock’s MultiPack.
How will I know when to take my medications?
Each Hock’s MultiPack™ packet is labeled with the medication, day, date, and time to be taken to improve convenience, reduce confusion, and the risk of medication errors. Tear off the packet for the correct date and time, then take the medications in the packet. The next dose will be ready for you!
Can I get my 60 or 90 day prescription filled in the Hock's MultiPack packaging?
We currently only offer a 30 day supply of Hock’s MultiPack. With all your medications organized together and possible changes in your prescription routine, it is necessary to provide no more than 30 days of medication to reduce and eliminate waste. We can fill 60 or 90 day supplies through our Hock’s RxSync refill program and dispense in vials.
Where should I store my Hock's MultiPack dispenser box?
As with all medications they should be stored out of reach of children. Hock’s MultiPack is not child safe packaging. Do not store box in hot or humid conditions. Keep in a dry spot and out of direct sunlight.
What should I do if I forget to take a packet or miss a dose?
As with most medications, it may depend on how long it has been since you should have taken your dose. You should contact your pharmacist if you have any questions.
How do I pay for my Hock's MultiPack prescriptions?
You may pay by cash, check, debit or credit card. If you need your Hock’s MultiPack mailed, you must have a credit/debit card on file.
I have my prescriptions filled by mail order or VA, can I have my prescriptions filled in Hock's MultiPack?
You will have to contact your insurance company and let them know that you want to receive your medications packaged at your local Hock’s Pharmacy and talk through the options to see if that would be possible.
